Introduction to change?
Change is one of the most unpleasant things that can ever happen to anyone in the comfort zone.
While others enjoy the company of change, some dislike it with an eternal hatred. Change modifies a regular pattern. It alters a familiar trend. Change does not leave anything the way it has always been. Change is at variance with the term ‘static’. Both are in constant battle.
Change can be subtle, noticeable or otherwise drastic. Change has the potentials to make or mar an individual or an organisation. Your perception of change determines your disposition towards it. What you do with change is more important than the change itself. Change can both promote and demote. The real problem is you.
